Lindsey Machòn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality industry. Lindsey began their career as a Front Office Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott Bellevue Downtown in 2011 and then moved on to Marriott International as an Assistant Rooms Operations Manager from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Lindsey worked at Courtyard by Marriott, taking on roles such as Operations Manager, Event Manager, and eventually Assistant General Manager. In 2020, they briefly served as a General Manager at Puget Sound Hospitality before joining InnVentures IVI LP as a General Manager from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Lindsey is working at Bray Whaler International, starting as a Project Coordinator, then moving on to Senior Project Coordinator, and finally assuming the role of Project Manager.

Lindsey Machòn attended Washington State University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Business Management.

Nicole Oren became principal and executive director of projects in 2015. The company is a fully-certified WMBE (Woman Owned Business) and has been since its inception.
