Ninmar Malk has extensive experience in support engagement roles, currently serving as Principal Support Engagement Lead at Braze since January 2020, following progressive positions within the company including Senior Support Engagement Lead, Support Engagement Lead, Technical Support Specialist, and Technical Support Representative. Prior to Braze, Ninmar Malk worked as a Web Design Intern at Boxless Media and held admissions advisor positions at Keypath Education and Chamberlain College of Nursing. Ninmar Malk earned a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Northern Illinois University from 2009 to 2014.
