Dwana Franklin-Davis currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Reboot Representation, a coalition aimed at increasing the number of Black, Latina, and Native American women attaining computing degrees by 2025. With extensive experience at Mastercard, Dwana held multiple vice president roles across various domains, including Technology Operations Service Delivery for Digital Payments Programs, Employee Digital Experience, and Corporate Engineering Services. Dwana's educational background includes a Masters of Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis, a certificate in Project Management from the same institution, and participation in the DiverseForce On Boards program. Dwana also earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Management Information Systems from Purdue University.
