Leslie Smith

Leslie Lynn Smith is the Founder and Principal of Themis Strategic Partners, LLC, and a Council Member of the National Women's Business Council. As an active Board Member and Treasurer of the Center for American Entrepreneurship, Leslie focuses on promoting inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems across the United States. Previously, Leslie served as the National Executive Director and Senior Strategic Advisor of GET Cities, advocating for equitable representation of women and marginalized communities in the tech industry. As President and CEO of Epicenter Memphis, Leslie led initiatives to establish 500 companies and support 1,000 entrepreneurs, while earlier roles included transformative leadership at TechTown, business acceleration at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, and significant financial oversight at prominent firms. Leslie possesses an Honorary Doctorate of Science in Business Administration and multiple degrees in management, finance, and paralegal studies.
