Ashley Spector's work experience includes a range of roles in business development and advertising. Ashley began their career at CBS News as an intern in 2011 and then moved on to intern at Virgin Media and Spartan News at Saint Thomas Aquinas College. In 2012, they served as an intern at CNBC while also working as an In Game Host for Rockland Boulders Baseball and later the New York Islanders. Ashley then took on the role of Sales Account Executive/In-Game Entertainment Host for the Rockland Boulders Minor League Baseball Association before transitioning to a role as a Video Production Assistant for Fox News Channel's "Your World" with Neil Cavuto. Ashley continued to advance in their career, becoming a Digital Advertising Coordinator at Breaking Media in 2015 and subsequently holding roles as an Advertising Program Associate, Campaign/Account Manager, and Business Development Manager. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Business Development at Breaking Media and eventually became the Vice President of Business Development in January 2022.

Ashley Spector completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from St. Thomas Aquinas College from 2008 to 2012.
