Ivana Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2014, they started as a Communications Intern at Challenger Sports, where they worked until 2016. Following this, they interned as a Marketing and Communications Intern at The University of Rhode Island in 2016. In 2017, they joined Insight Global as a Recruiter, focusing on sourcing professionals in various industries. Ivana worked there until 2018 when they transitioned to Challenger Teamwear as a Sales Representative in the US Team Sports division. In 2019, they moved to BlueConic, taking on the role of a Business Development Representative. At Breaktime Media, where they currently work, they have held multiple positions, including Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, and Senior Sales Manager. Their current role is Associate Director of Sales, which they assumed in 2023.

Ivana Andrews received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Writing and Mass Communications from Assumption College in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from La Salle Academy in 2013.
