David Da Costa has a diverse work experience in the IT and banking sectors. David is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at BRED Bank Cambodia. Prior to that, they worked at BRED Banque Populaire as the International Director and Head of Digital Workplace and Unified Communications. David was also the Retail Banking Lead Solutions Architect at the same company. Before joining BRED Banque Populaire, they held the position of Head of Design at AXA Asia in Capgemini. David started their career at Magellan Consulting - Groupe Magellan Partners as a Project Manager at Technip, where they managed corporate projects related to oil and gas projects execution and progress measurement. Earlier in their career, they worked at Avanade as a Project Manager at AXA France, Sr. Technical Lead at EDF Energies Nouvelles, Technical Architect at ING Belgium, and Technical Lead at Accenture Financial Services. David also served as a Technical Lead at PSA Peugeot Citroën in Capgemini, where they managed the development of multiple public websites.
David Da Costa obtained their Masters of Science degree in Industrial Computer Science and Electronics from Polytech Paris-Saclay in the years 2000 to 2003. Additionally, they participated in a student exchange program at Polytechnique Montréal where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from 2001 to 2002.
