Kate joined Bregal in July 2014 and was appointed General Counsel – Europe in December 2015.
Prior to joining Bregal, Kate worked as a corporate lawyer in the private equity teams at Clifford Chance LLP and Taylor Wessing LLP.
Kate is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales. She has an LLB law degree from University of Nottingham, and an LLM in corporate and commercial law from University of London, King’s College London.
