Helmut Weintögl

Helmut Weintögl is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Communications Director EMEA at Brenntag since March 2023, Weintögl previously held the position of Unternehmens-Potenzial-Entfalter at Weintögl GmbH from January 2022 to February 2023, focusing on communication and IT solutions for SMEs. Prior roles include Head of Newsroom at E.ON and Head of Digital Communication at innogy SE, where leadership and strategic communication were paramount. With a solid foundation from RWE Supply & Trading GmbH, including positions as Head of Communication, Press and CR, and Senior Executive Manager to the CCO, Weintögl has also contributed to M&A strategies at Ernst & Young. Educational qualifications include a Mag.iur. in Law from the University of Vienna, an MBA, and advanced studies in European Studies.
