The Safeguarding Team at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants in the Trust's programs. They proactively engage with the local community to build trust and promote inclusive, secure environments for educational and sporting activities. The team also develops and implements safeguarding policies, coordinates youth and community engagement initiatives, and supports vulnerable groups through tailored programs.
