James Beale

James Beale is the Head of Sustainability and Community at Brentford Football Club, responsible for developing and implementing the club's sustainability strategy, advancing community engagement, and promoting sustainable practices. Prior to this role, James worked at Deloitte UK for seven years, where extensive experience was gained in data assurance projects involving greenhouse gas emissions metrics and sustainability reporting for FTSE100 companies. Additionally, James founded the Reading Chapter of Sofar Sounds, organizing unique music events, and held various coaching roles in football, including at Chelsea FC Foundation and Exeter City Football Club. With a First Class Honours degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter, James is ACA qualified and completed an Erasmus year at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
