Mike Heins, MBA, currently serves as the Trade Development Manager at Brescome Barton Inc. since March 2020, a position previously held from August 2009 to November 2018, focusing on managing supplier portfolios to enhance sales and profit margins. Prior to this, Mike worked as a Sales Representative in the Sterling Division, overseeing a substantial account route while optimizing retail profit margins and tracking performance. Mike’s career began as a Sales Trainee, where industry knowledge was developed through various in-house roles, and includes experience as an Event Coordinator/Manager at Big League Wiffle Ball, responsible for tournament organization and sponsorship development.
