Amanda Griffith is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in graduate recruitment and talent development across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as the Global Head of Graduate Recruitment, Programs & Development at Brevan Howard since February 2024, Amanda has previously held significant roles, including Global Graduate Recruitment Manager at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. and Vice President, Global Graduate Recruitment Lead at GSR, where Amanda established the Early Careers recruitment function.
