Hope Leonard

Hope Leonard currently serves as the Conservation Restoration Coordinator and previously held the position of Conservation Field Technician at Brevard Zoo since April 2021. Additionally, Hope Leonard is a Board Member and Secretary at STELLA MARIS ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH INC, actively contributing to the mission of protecting and conserving coastal ecosystems through scientific research and public education. Hope Leonard also holds the role of Vice Chair of The Rockledge Environmental Enhancement Board, starting in September 2022. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Florida (2015-2019), a Master of Science in Global Ecology and Conservation from Cardiff University (2019-2020), and ongoing pursuit of a PhD in Oceanography at the Florida Institute of Technology (2023-2027).
