Annie Tsang

Annie Tsang currently serves as the Head of Internal Communications at Brex, overseeing executive communications and advising the CEO and executive team on strategic messaging. Prior to this role, Tsang held the position of Head of Internal Communications for Business Partnerships at Meta, where Tsang designed and led internal campaigns aligned with the company's strategic priorities and managed crisis communication for a large employee base. At Stitch Fix, Tsang strategized crisis communications during significant events such as the early days of COVID-19 and social justice movements, while also enhancing employee experience narratives. Tsang's experience includes leadership roles in talent branding and recruitment at Pinterest, as well as various admissions positions in educational institutions, demonstrating a strong background in communications, diversity initiatives, and educational leadership. Tsang holds an M.A. in English Literature from Middlebury College and a B.A. in English from Bowdoin College.
