Tim Hooper

Tim Hooper currently serves as Director and Associate General Counsel, Commercial at Brex, a position held since June 2022, after previously holding the role of Director and Assistant General Counsel, Commercial. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel, Commercial at Robinhood from August 2021 to June 2022, and as Attorney and Senior Subject Matter Expert at Thomson Reuters Document Intelligence from March 2019 to August 2021, where Tim developed AI/ML models for contract analytics. Earlier roles include Corporate Counsel and Associate Corporate Counsel at Hill & Knowlton, where responsibilities encompassed counseling senior executives and drafting a variety of commercial agreements. Tim began legal training as an Attorney Fellow at Louisiana Capital Assistance Center in 2011. Educational qualifications comprise a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science and English from Florida State University.
