Bharathwaj (Baz) Rajan is an innovative Research and Development Specialist at Bricsys since February 2023, focusing on AI solutions and collaboration within the Core AI team. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Fellow at Ghent University, where research centered on mathematical modeling of heart arrhythmia in an ERC-funded project, and as a Freelancer from 2016 to 2018, delivering data analysis and software development projects. Additional technical experience includes a technical internship at Reliance Communications and a research fellowship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, emphasizing signal analysis and system design. Bharathwaj holds multiple master's degrees in Mathematical Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering, alongside a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
