Earlier in their career, they served as the Regional Manager at Bentley Systems India from 2000 to 2003. Jaishankar'swork experience also includes roles as Director at Astra Business Solutions and Sales Executive at Onward Technologies in the 1990s.
Jaishankar Menon attended St Josephs College of Arts & Science from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained their Pre-University degree. Following that, they enrolled in Bangalore University from 1983 to 1989, earning their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a specialization in Mechanical.
