Bridge Bank PLC. Formerly known as Oxley-Worldbridge Specialized Bank Plc. was formed and registered with the MOC on 21 November 2013, licensed by the NBC on October 22, 2014, and opened for business on November 18, 2014.

Bridge Bank has converted to a full commercial bank in 2022.
