BRIDGE Funding Programme
Estelle Clerc is the Founder and CEO of CellX Biosolutions since January 2024 and a Bridge PoC Fellow with the BRIDGE Programm (SNSF-Innosuisse) as of March 2024. Previously, Estelle served as a PhD student in Marine Microbiology at ETH Zürich from September 2017 to March 2023, focusing on bacterial motility and chemotaxis related to carbon cycling in marine environments. Notable field campaigns include research trips to Naples, Sydney, Sapelo Island, and Bergen. Estelle has also contributed to academic settings as a teaching assistant and event organizer, including participation in the Principles of Microbial Ecosystems Conference in 2021. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD from ETH Zürich, a Master of Science from the University of Lausanne, and a Bachelor of Science from the same institution.
