Ana Robert Martinez

Ana Robert Martinez currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman at Bridge Investment Group, beginning October 2024. Previously, Ana held the position of Chief of Staff to the CEO & Founder at Copper, an investment and talent advisory firm, from July 2023 to April 2024. Ana's experience includes significant roles in capital markets and investment analysis, with accomplishments such as sourcing and structuring over $6 billion in debt transactions at Värde Partners and executing more than £2.5 billion in financing transactions at Goldman Sachs. Ana's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from UCL, alongside additional studies at The University of Western Australia.
