Chad Johnson, CPM, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Bridge Property Management since October 2020. With a strong background in real estate management, Chad held several key positions including Vice President at both Preferred Residential Management (March 2015 - September 2020) and Bridge Property Management (2013 - March 2015). Previously, Chad worked as a Regional Manager at Greystar (2011 - 2012) and Williams Residential Management (2007 - 2011). Chad obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Georgia Southern University (1994 - 1999) and has continued professional development by earning the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), active since 2013.
