Saiesha Nooguru currently serves as a Startup Recruitment Associate at Bridges for Enterprise, engaging with incubators, accelerators, and CEOs of early-stage social impact startups in developing countries. Simultaneously, Saiesha holds consulting responsibilities at EmpowerED Consulting and works as a Medical Scribe for Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health, enhancing emergency department efficiency through accurate patient chart transcription. Additional roles include Certified Nursing Aide at All American Assisted Living, providing personalized care for geriatric residents, and a Research Assistant at New York University DNA and Nanotechnology Laboratory, contributing to the study of DNA crystallization and analysis. Previous experience involves teaching as a Language Arts and Mathematics Instructor at Kumon North America and serving as NJ State Secretary for Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, where Saiesha implemented a mentorship program and developed strategic marketing initiatives. Saiesha is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Biology at New York University.
