Leslie Marrale

Leslie Marrale is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Bridgestone Americas since October 2016, currently serving as Lead of West Engagement & Culture and previously in roles such as Training and Development Lead and Senior Manager of HR Operations. In these capacities, Leslie has led teams focused on process improvement to enhance HR operations and reduce administrative burdens. Prior roles include MyBridgestone Process Manager, HR Contact Center Manager, and HR Business Partner for Speedco, where successful company transitions were facilitated. Leslie's career began at Enterprise Holdings, holding positions from Human Resources Generalist Manager to Generalist, and earlier at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Murray State University.
