Patrick Debaere has extensive experience in finance and project management, currently leading CAPEX management projects at Bridgestone EMIA since September 2021 and serving as Owner/Founder of Finance Projects & Consulting PDB since April 2016. Previously, Patrick held key roles at Vinçotte, including Support Cost Project Lead and Internal Audit Manager, where significant cost reduction and governance improvements were implemented. As Group Controller at Van de Velde, Patrick acted as CFO ad interim and transformed financial reporting tools. Patrick's long tenure at Shell included various leadership positions, such as Downstream Governance, Risk & Assurance Global Process Manager, where major global risk management and finance initiatives were executed. Patrick holds an MBA from UAMS-Antwerp Management School and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
