Steve Cooleman has extensive experience in human resources and IT leadership, currently serving as HR Leader - HRIS & Digital Employee Experience and IT Business Partner HR at Bridgestone EMIA since September 2021. Prior to this role, Steve held positions at Sibelga as Project Lead for ERP & HRIS, and at Huf Group as Project Manager for Global Payroll. Steve has also worked with HR Transform and Optimize for Performance as Senior Advisor, Barco as Business Domain Architect for HR & Procurement, SD Worx as Managing Consultant/HR IT Manager, and KONE as Manager for HR & Payroll Solutions. Earlier in Steve's career, management roles in HRIS and consulting were undertaken at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Arthur Andersen, and Arinso. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Master’s degree in History from Ghent University.
