Anand Ranganathan

Anand Ranganathan is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and data science. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Bridgewater Associates since December 2024, Ranganathan previously held the role of Chief AI Officer and Co-founder at OneByZero from January 2023 to December 2024, where leadership encompassed consulting services in Gen AI and building a substantial team of data scientists and engineers. Ranganathan also co-founded Unscrambl, Inc., leading the development of innovative AI products, including a natural language query tool. Prior to these roles, Ranganathan worked as AI & Data Modeling Principal at Splore and held significant positions at IBM, focusing on Big Data solutions and research in data stream processing. Ranganathan's academic qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BTech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
