Matthew Rabuse

Matthew Rabuse has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Head of Business Development for Fixed Income Trading at Bridgewater Associates since 2004. In this role, Matthew oversees significant transformational initiatives, including implementations of order/execution management systems, fund launches, and compliance projects. Previously, Matthew managed the global Fixed Income trade execution desk and worked as a multi-asset class trader across major global markets. Earlier in Matthew's career, experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at Greenwich Capital Markets, focusing on mortgage-backed securities and other fixed income products. Matthew holds an MBA in Investments and Securities from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
