Ann Srubar has a strong background in investment operations and management. Ann began their career at AIM Management Group in 1991, where they held various roles including COO - Investments and Project Manager - Institutional Marketing. In 2009, they joined Brasada Capital Management as COO, where they worked until 2014. Ann then moved to Stephens Investment Management Group, where they served as Director of Investment Operations until 2018. Currently, they are the Director of Investment Operations at Bridgeway Capital Management.
In the years spanning from 1985 to 1989, Ann Srubar pursued their education at Texas A&M University. During this period, they successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), specifically focusing on the field of Accounting.
