Eric Overman

Eric Overman has extensive work experience in various roles. Eric currently works at Bright Health as the Vice President of Internal Audit, where they lead the design and implementation of internal controls and conducts annual internal audit programs. Prior to this, Eric worked at EY for many years, starting as a Senior Auditor and progressing to roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, and eventually, Managing Director. In these roles, they managed client engagements, built relationships with clients, sold EY services to new clients, and facilitated training sessions. Additionally, Eric served as the head coach of the varsity boys lacrosse team at the Academy of Holy Angels for 17 seasons while working at EY. Eric began their career as a Senior Auditor at the University of Minnesota.

Eric Overman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth. In addition, they completed the Leadership Development Program at Harvard University. Furthermore, Eric is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), which they obtained from the Minnesota Board of Accountancy in April 2000.
