Michelle England has extensive work experience in the field of HR and People Operations. Michelle began their career at Robert Half International in 2006 as a Candidate Sourcing Specialist/Recruiting Manager Support Specialist. In 2008, they joined CBRE as a Human Resources Administrator, and progressively advanced to roles such as Human Resources Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Business Analytics Manager, and Senior Program Manager. In 2019, Michelle joined Bright Health as a People and Talent Business Partner, and they have since held positions including Senior People Project Manager, People Technology Manager, and People Technology Director. Currently, they serve as the People Operations and Technology Director at Bright Health.
Michelle England obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they earned a certification in Workday Pro HCM from Workday in May 2023.
