Ros Marshall joined Bright Horizons as UK Managing Director in January 2020 to lead the established business in England and Scotland.
Ros brings extensive experience to the role and an in-depth understanding of how to deliver exceptional care and education where each child feels welcomed and valued as an individual and is nurtured by passionate and talented early years practitioners. Prior to joining Bright Horizons, Ros held senior leadership positions in national and international early childhood, primary and secondary schools including Nord Anglia Education, kidsunlimited, and most recently Taaleem, one of the largest groups of private international schools in the UAE.
