Eitan Amon has had extensive work experience in the fields of product compliance, quality management, and regulatory approvals. Eitan began their career at Comverse in 2000, where they served as a Type Approval Engineer responsible for managing and executing regulatory compliance projects. Eitan then became a Type Approval Team Leader, overseeing the regulatory approvals and power design of Comverse products.
In 2015, Amon joined Xura as a Product Compliance and Quality Manager. In this role, they managed regulatory compliance programs for Xura products and was responsible for quality procedures and measurements in the Engineering department. Eitan also conducted internal and external audits.
After Xura, Amon joined Mavenir in 2017 as a Product Compliance and Quality Manager. In this position, they served as the Director of Product Compliance and was responsible for product classification and authorization following Export Control regulations. Eitan also managed the Global Trade and Logistics Team and served as the Quality Manager of the Supply Chain Management and Procurement Group.
Currently, Amon is the Quality and Product Compliance Director at Bright Machines, a position they have held since 2019. In this role, they manage the quality engineering team and product compliance programs. Eitan is responsible for ensuring production and product quality, managing suppliers' quality, and handling customer quality complaints. Eitan also oversees the certification programs for Bright-Machines Micro-Factories worldwide.

Eitan Amon began their education in 1979 and completed their high school education at Bosmat in 1982, specializing in Electronics. After a few years, they enrolled at the University of Haifa in 1994, where they pursued a degree in Law and completed their LLB in 1998. Later, in 2011, Eitan attended ALD College for a year, earning a degree in CQM/OE.
