Gustavo Rodriguez is an experienced engineering project manager currently employed at BrightFarms since June 2022. Previously, Gustavo held the position of Senior Engineering Project Manager at Henkel, where responsibilities included managing new product introductions for multiple packing lines and overseeing equipment procurement. With a strong background at BIC, Gustavo served as Operations Manager, overseeing the startup of a new facility and production activities, and also held roles as Project Engineer and Mechanical Engineer focusing on high-volume consumer goods manufacturing. Notably, Gustavo's engineering career began with a Clinical Service Specialist Internship at St. Jude Medical. Gustavo earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico between 2006 and 2012.
