Rebecca Silverstein has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 with a Summer Associate role at AIG. In 2014, they held an Operations Analyst Internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and in 2015, they were a Technical Recruiter at Park Hudson. In 2016, they began their time at Smartling as a Sales Development Representative and worked their way up to Manager of Sales Operations and Revenue Operations. In 2018, they joined Modern Sales Pros as a Member, and in 2020, they were appointed as the Director of Revenue Operations at Brightflag.

Rebecca Silverstein received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from Penn State University. Rebecca then attended ISI Florence in 2014 to study International Business. Rebecca graduated from Livingston High School prior to these experiences. Silverstein also holds certifications from Experiential Insight, SalesLoft, and Salesforce. Rebecca obtained their Executive Coaching Track: Driving for Impact certification from Experiential Insight in April 2019, their SalesLoft Admin Certification from SalesLoft in March 2019, and their Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce in February 2018.
