Justin Quigg, MBA, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Justin started their career at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, where they worked as a General Manager for ten years. During their time at Chick-fil-A, Justin won several scholarships and gained experience in store transformations. In 2004, they joined Aerotek as a Recruiter for a brief period before moving to Randstad Sourceright. At Randstad Sourceright, Justin held various positions including Manager, Director, and Area Vice President, focusing on human resource programs. Justin joined Brighthouse Financial in 2017, first as a Human Resources Manager and currently holds the role of Human Resources Director.
Justin Quigg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Western Carolina University in 2001. Justin later completed an MBA in Business from Pfeiffer University in 2010. In 2011, Justin obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute.
