Joshua Crowe

Joshua Crowe is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Team Lead for Health & Safety and Absences at BrightHR, since June 2023. Joshua manages multiple workstreams and a team of 21 employees, focusing on feature delivery and quality engineering hires to enhance capacity. Prior to this, Joshua held senior roles at AND Digital, receiving accolades such as ANDi of the Year 2022 and Certificate of Delight 2021 for exceptional mentorship and client engagement. Experience at Gnatta as a Software Developer and earlier roles at Bury College as an Apprentice Web & Database Developer and in customer service at McDonald's have contributed to a strong foundation in software development and team collaboration. Joshua holds multiple BTEC qualifications in Computing from Bury College.
