Hemant Mithbaokar

Hemant Mithbaokar is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Data Engineering & Analytics at BrightInsight since March 2018, Hemant plays a crucial role as a Platform and Data Architect for a leading digital health platform, focusing on architecture and micro-services for a medical-grade platform. Previously, Hemant held positions including Engineering Manager at ItsOn, where the design of RESTful micro-services architecture was a key responsibility, and Lead Cloud Architect at Synchronoss Technologies, leading efforts in scalable cloud backup services. Hemant's earlier career includes roles as Principal Software Engineer at Openwave and Senior Software Engineer at Blue Martini Software, showcasing a consistent focus on software development and data solutions. Hemant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Technology from the National Center for Software Technology.
