Sarah Weatherhead

Sarah Weatherhead currently serves as the Chief Legal & Risk Officer at Brightline and has been a Founding Member of TechGC since December 2016, facilitating a community for General Counsels. Previous roles include General Counsel at Maven Clinic and dataxu, Inc., as well as General Counsel and VP of Legal Affairs at Virgin Pulse. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Senior Corporate Counsel at Jive Software and Art Technology Group, Corporate Counsel at Pegasystems Inc., and Associate at Bingham McCutchen. Sarah Weatherhead holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA in American Studies from Barnard College, with further executive education from Harvard Business School.
