Rajkumar Shukla is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions and administrative operations across diverse industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager - HR & Admin at BrightNight since June 2023, Rajkumar has successfully implemented HR strategies for a team of approximately 60 employees, enhancing policies, engagement, and compliance management.
