Taylor Russell

Taylor Russell, MA, BCBA, LBA, currently serves as the Director of Clinic Operations at BrightPath Behavior, a position held since January 2018, and has progressed through various roles including Regional Director, Clinic Director, OBM Specialist, Clinic Supervisor, and Lead RBT/Case Manager. Prior experience includes a position as a Registered Behavior Technician at South Texas Behavioral Institute from October 2016 to December 2017, where Taylor implemented applied behavior analysis therapy. Additional roles include Youth Care Worker at Boys and Girls Town and Administrative Assistant at PCI - Pierson Construction, Inc. Academically, Taylor earned a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
