Ben Bridger has a diverse work experience. Ben started their career in 2009 as an IAF Officer in the Israeli Air Force, where they served until 2018. In 2020, they joined BrightSource Energy, Inc. and held the position of System Engineer Team Lead until March 2022. Following that, they were promoted to the role of Director of Hardware, System Engineering, which they currently hold.
Ben Bridger earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Ben then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Energy Engineering at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, completing their studies from 2016 to 2018.
