Nathan Jones

Nathan Jones is a skilled Network Operations Automation Engineer with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently working at Brightspeed since March 2023, Nathan previously held the position of Lead Operations Engineer at Lumen Technologies, where responsibilities included the creation and deployment of a Microsoft Teams Chat Skill Bot for NOC operations.
