Shelby Lookabill

Shelby Lookabill is a seasoned professional in client experience management, currently serving as Manager of Client Experience at Brightspeed since October 2023. Previously, Shelby held the position of Director of Client Experience at OnFrontiers, where a focus was placed on creating scalable customer experiences that connect clients with valuable insights. Experience also includes serving as Sr Customer Success Manager - Enterprise at Evisort, leading enterprise clients through contract management and AI insights, and various roles at ZL Tech, where Shelby excelled in customer success management and technical support. An early career included account management at PowerHouse Marketing LLC and significant community service involvement, including fundraising for human trafficking victims as a founding member of Humans For Justice. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, complemented by a minor in Women's and Gender Studies.
