Sujatha Ganapathy

Sujatha Ganapathy is an accomplished professional in the field of information technology with extensive experience in call center technologies and telecom solutions. Currently serving as Manager of Call Center Technologies at Brightspeed since March 2022, Sujatha previously held positions at Avtex Solutions, LLC as IT Solutions Support and at Aria Solutions as an Information Technology Solutions Consultant. With a robust background at Verizon Data Services and Verizon, where roles involved designing, developing, and supporting call routing solutions using Genesys and Cisco ICM, Sujatha also has experience developing telecom solutions for clients such as OKI Electric during tenure at DSQ Software. Sujatha holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Meenakshi College For Women, earned between 1994 and 1997.
