Bethany Avery

Bethany is the Director of Consulting and is a technology and fundraising professional with global system implementation experience. Bethany spent five years at Blackbaud™ as an implementation consultant, an engagement manager, and a product manager for Blackbaud CRM™. Before Blackbaud™, Bethany worked as a fundraiser and nonprofit technology leader at several large organizations, including The Carter Center and Catholic Charities.

As an implementation consultant, Bethany led Blackbaud CRM™ software implementations around the world. She collaborated with stakeholders ranging from end-users to C-level executives implementing organizational and system-specific best practices and increasing user adoption. She leads training, and design, conducted data mapping, assisted customers with upgrade preparedness, testing, and provided go-live support for more than a dozen Blackbaud CRM™ projects.
