Rosalind M. has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Rosalind started their career in 2004 at Skylight Financial, where they worked as a Customer Service Manager, overseeing call center operations and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Compliance Analyst, responsible for auditing and improving debit card processing procedures to ensure compliance with federal laws. Rosalind then joined NetSpend (formerly Skylight Financial) in 2004 as a Fraud Manager, providing leadership and direction to the Dispute and Fraud Specialist team.
