Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Stone Point Capital from October 2020 to February 2021. Martina also worked at Brightwood Capital from March 2016 to October 2020, where they held the position of Managing Director, overseeing multiple investment funds. Before that, they were a Vice President and Counsel at Credit Suisse from August 2013 to March 2016, providing legal advice on regulatory matters. Martina's earlier experience includes working as an Attorney at Reyhani Nemirovsky LLP, Assistant General Counsel - Securities at AR Capital, LLC, Business & Finance Associate at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Corporate Associate at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP.
Martina A. Brosnahan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science and History from Barnard College, Columbia University. Martina A. attended the college from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law, graduating between 1998 and 2001.
