Grace Chandler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Grace started their career as the Director at the IN Department of Insurance from October 1995 to October 2000. Following this, they served as the Executive Manager at the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning, IN Family and Social Services Administration from October 2000 to July 2008.
In 2008, Grace joined Briljent as a Senior Project Manager, where they worked on various projects, including the implementation of an All Payer Claims Database and state training for educator assessments and child and dependent adult abuse reporting. Grace also served as the Project Manager and Training Lead for a Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program contract with the Urban Institute and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Additionally, they led a team to complete a state Medicaid Information Technology Architecture assessment from 2018 to 2019.
From October 2015 to January 2019, Grace held the position of Project Director at Briljent. During this time, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and contributed to the successful execution of projects.
