Sandy Glover has extensive experience in the recruitment field. Sandy started their career as a Consultant at The Morley Group in 2001, where they conducted calls to determine recruitment needs and networked with candidates. Sandy then moved on to First Advantage Recruiting Solutions in 2006, where they served as the Manager of Recruitment Process Integration, conducting conversations with hiring managers, consulting on recruitment strategies, and screening resumes. In 2010, they joined Knowledge Services as a Recruiter, focusing on recruiting contract administrative employees and Merchandisers for traveling theater performances. Sandy also supported a statewide project to fill customer service positions. Sandy then joined Morales Group, Inc in 2015 as a Lead Recruiter, developing relationships with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, and screening applicants. Sandy is currently working as a Recruiter at Briljent since 2018.
Sandy Glover has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Dayton. Prior to attending the University of Dayton, Sandy graduated from Sidney High School. No specific start or end years were provided for either educational institution.
